Over the years we've grown from one office in Leiden to 40 locations across the country. We are Luba. The largest employment agency for SMEs. A title we wear with pride, because we do a lot by connecting regional companies with local talent. At Luba, people work who want to grow and take on every challenge — as consultants, branch managers or as specialists at the head office. We enjoy working with colleagues like that. Would you like to join them? Luba is closely connected to the city of Leiden, where the company was founded. The headquarters is still in Leiden. The name Luba also refers to those Leiden roots: Luba stands for Lugdunum Batavorum, the Latin name sometimes used for Leiden.
